PLACING AN ORDER
Our website will always be open for our customers. Online orders can be placed 24/7/365. If you have any special shipping notes make sure to include it in your checkout process. You will then receive an order confirmation email from us as soon as the order is placed with a unique Order ID which is usually 5 digits. Please make sure to keep this Order ID, so if there are any issues we can find your order.
If you don’t receive a confirmation order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into the issue. Sometimes there are typing mistakes in the email which results in you not getting the confirmation order. If you are having issues with your credit card, please make sure to reach out to your banking institution.
If you are able and wanting to visit us in person, you can order the product online and select the option to pick up in store. If you would like curb-side pickup, please select the pickup in store option as well, and simply call us at 705-566-1422 when you arrive in our parking lot and we will safely bring your items out to your car.
FREE SHIPPING OVER $100
We are happy to offer free shipping for all orders of $100 before tax in Canada. This is a ground services offered by the shipping courier that can take 2-12 business days depending on your location. Make sure to check the free shipping option when placing your order.
Please note delivery estimates are only estimates and are created by our shipping partners. If you need your packages fast, please make sure to consider two extra days if you choose shipping options of ground or economy. Shipping delays can occur for many reason and unfortunately are out of control once they have entered the mail system.

DUTY AND BROKERAGE FEES
Any order that is placed outside of Canada, may have duty fees executed by the customs agency that imports your package. Duties are separate from shipping costs. Couriers that take care of this import procedure, may charge a brokerage fee for this service.
If you have any concerns, please contact your appropriate custom agency website for all duty information.
We do ship internationally on most of our products. All orders from Canada and the US can be placed online. Make sure you use the correct shipping address. If you are located outside the US or Canada, please call 705-566-1422 or email info@skatersedgesudbury for more information on how we can fulfill your order for you.
We accept payment of: AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Make sure you provide your exact billing address with what is on file with PayPal or your credit card. All orders placed using PayPal will be shipped to the confirmed PayPal shipping address on file. If there is an issue with any of the shipping information we will contact you to verify. If you are having issues with your credit card, please make sure to reach out to your banking institution.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS / CANCELLATIONS
We set a goal to get our order to you as quick as we can. If you need to cancel or change an order, make sure to reach out as soon as possible! If the order has not shipped yet, we can do everything we can to fix your order for you! If you receive a shipping confirmation email, sometimes the package hasn’t left the building, so we may be able to resolve the issue before the courier picks it up! Once the courier picks up the order, unfortunately we cannot make any chances or cancellations and the customer would be required to follow our return policy.
We will begin working on your order as soon as possible, please allow 24 hours for your product to be shipped. If you place an order outside our business hours, please note it can take up to 72 hours to complete an order. If the item you have ordered states it is on backorder, please allow an extra 5-7 business days for us to order and receive your product from the supplier. We do change extra shipping costs on items that weigh more than others, and large items. This is due to the courier changing extra for these items. If you have any issues please contact us!

Our shipping partner’s delivery orders Monday to Friday. Please note any order over $500 will entail a signature upon delivery. If your order does not require a signature may be left at your doorstep or taken back to the shipping partner’s depot if no one is able to accept the package at your home.
Make sure to stay on top on delivery confirmation emails as well as the tracking page with the tracking number you receive from us. If you didn’t receive a tracking number please email email@example.com. The delivery driver should leave you a note or call you if your product has been taken to their depot. Try to pick it up as soon as possible, or your package could be shipped back to us.
If you receive an update that your order has been delivered, make sure to check all around your home and possibly speak with your neighbours if they received it. If you have any issues please contact us at 705-566-1422 and we can contact the courier.
If the shipping company returns your packing to us we will make sure to reach out to you. Undeliverable packages will be processed as a refund, except the shipping costs. You are more than welcome to place another order if you have the correct shipping address.
